Katie + Ted
In Celebration of Family

OCTOBER IN NAPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA
MEADOWOOD NAPA VALLEY

Set at Meadowood, a place deeply tied to Katie’s family, the weekend carried a strong sense of history and personal meaning. In the years following her mother’s passing, the celebration became not only about the two of them, but about bringing people together in a way that felt true to her spirit—generous, thoughtful, and deeply considered.

Custom-built elements shaped the environment, from a fully constructed tent with black-stained wood and cane detailing to an interactive entrance guests moved through as they arrived. When power was shut off across Napa Valley due to fire risk conditions, a coordinated plan allowed the celebration to run on generators. The evening unfolded seamlessly—guests dined, danced, and moved through the night, largely unaware anything had changed.
